Natures Aid L-Lysine is a high potency, essential amino acid. Put very simply, amino acids are the building blocks of life. When you ingest a protein, your body breaks it apart into the individual amino, reorders them, refolds them and turns them into whatever is needed at the time. Direction for use: Take 1 tablet per day. DO not exceed recommended dosage.

Ingredients: L-Lysine Hydrochloride, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Glycerine, Lecithin (product of soya), Dextrose), Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
